Infomation for the actors

In order for the actors to know what to wear and what to say I created  a power point and sent it to them by email, so when it come to the 22^nd  they know exactly what they should be doing.  

 

I have trouble sending the power point as it did not allow me to up load and send it away.  Therefore I change the format in a PDF.
